Terms of war

Pixel Canvas is a free-to-play browser game on pixelcanvas.app. You get a guest warden the first time you load the board. Do not use bots, multi-accounts, or exploits to paint or fight. We may reset tiles, troops, or accounts that break the board for everyone else.

Money

Gold, Commander, the Season Pass, and the Founder Pack are digital goods. They are delivered to the warden tied to your browser cookie (and Stripe customer, once you check out). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Commander is a subscription until you cancel in Stripe’s portal or by writing us.

Refunds

If gold, cosmetics, or Commander time was not granted after a successful charge, we refund or fulfill. Consumed gold, used energy, and time already spent as Commander are not refunded except where the law of your country requires it. Chargebacks without talking to us first may lock the warden.

Privacy

We store a session cookie, your handle, faction, board actions, and (if you pay) a Stripe customer id. We do not sell your data. Logs exist to run the game and stop abuse. Stripe’s privacy policy covers card data — we never see full card numbers.

Not a lottery

Nothing on Pixel Canvas is a chance-based loot box. You buy known items: gold, a pass, a subscription, a founder pack.
